We start with an email to Initiate a phone conversation discuss the potential dog they are wanting to adopt to see if it is a bit after that an email is sent with an application which is then reviewed by our board after that a home visit along with a vet reference check Also if other dog in home we do a meet and greet offsite and then the approval process begins to where the dog is moved to the new home
