Meet Onyx (NKA Luna)
Onyx has found her new forever home with Gerry and Mary B. in Norwell, MA
She will also be at open house on February 5, 3-5 pm, 106 Adams St. Medfield, MA, unless adopted before that time. If you are interested in attending open House, please submit an on-line adoption application at foreverhomerescue.org, and make an appointment.
Onyx, now known as Luna, is a beautiful 3 year old, 60 pound hound/ lab mix. She is being returned because she needs a home without young children. Her family says that she is a smart girl-knows many commands and is eager to learn more. Luna likes hanging out in the fenced yard, and chasing her ball as many time as you throw it (Check out the video). Luna also likes to go for rides in the car. She is crate trained (sleeps in a crate), housebroken, and well mannered. She walks nicely on a leash. Luna likes to go for walks in the park, but is not a fan of walking on busy streets. No city living for this girl!
Luna is looking for a quiet home without children, with fenced yard where she can play lots of fetch, and a nice couch where she can hang out with her people. If you're looking for a sweet, fun and kissy girl, Onyx could be the one for you.

If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.
Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.
Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
