Onyx's Story

Onyx is a pure bred all black pug who loves to play with his person and with other dogs. He loves to give kisses and cuddle with his people!! Onyx was hit by a car and suffered a broken rib and bruised lungs. We're lucky that he is here with us today to play and live happily. Onyx is the definition of happy go lucky! Not much phases him! He approaches every situation with a wagging tail and happy demeanor! Onyx is working on his crate training and gets better every day! He's gotten to the point where he can be left in a crate while you're out of the house with minimal complaints (: He is available to adopt after his schedueled neuter October 30th!

Let's Rescue Dogs's Adoption Policy
The first step in the process is to apply for the dog you are interested in on our website, www.letsrescuedogs.net If approved, you will be contacted via email. You will be required to submit a virtual home check by recording a clear video of where your new pet will eat, sleep, play and your backyard if applicable. If your home check approved, our adoption coordinator will schedule a phone interview to go over any questions and/or concerns you may have and to schedule a day and time for a meet and greet. If the meet and greet goes well you may take the dog home for a 7 day adoption trial. If you feel the dog is still a great fit after the trial, the adoption is finalized by signing the adoption contract and paying the adoption fee which includes the dogs spay/neuter, microchip, and core vaccines. For questions or concerns, please email adoptions@letsrescuedogs.net
