Onyx is a beautiful 4-year-old, 11-lb black and white Chihuahua with a soft medium-length coat and an even softer heart. This sweet girl has been an incredible mama to her five puppies after being heartbreakingly discarded with them in a sealed bag in an alley. Thanks to a good samaritan who heard the puppies crying, Onyx and her babies were saved—and now it’s Onyx’s turn to find the loving home she deserves.<br/><br/>Onyx is fully potty trained, knows her basic commands, and truly shines when it comes to cuddling. She’s a total snuggle bug who adores soft flannel sheets and fluffy blankets and will happily curl up beside you once she feels safe. She does have a bit of a diva side (as any proper Chihuahua should!), which just adds to her charm.<br/><br/>She does best in a quieter home with less coming and going, as she prefers a slower pace and benefits from a gentle warm-up with new people.
