Ollie's Story
"Who me?" Ollie's face says it all...and yes you...we're talking about your cute little beagle self and trying to get you right on into a home with your own peeps just like you belong. Ollie is a short, stout and handsome little beagle who weighs about 25 lbs full grown. Ready to take on all of the sniffs out there, he is a mover and a shaker and will be a great companion for walks and all things active, in spite of his smaller size. That being said, he is also all beagle so he is ready to eat up his meals, the crumbs on the floor and is then ready for a good long nap in between the activities of the day. Ollie could be a solo dog and could also be fine with some doggo friends as well. He isn't a howler and can be quiet in his crate and wait patiently for good things like meals and time outside. This beagle boy is one to meet!

Weelend Host Feedback: "While Ollie is a senior dog, he does not act like it at all. He was able to settle in immediately and spent the weekend keeping up with our 5 year old beagle. He loves sniff walks, pet stores, and rolling around in the grass. His tail is ALWAYS wagging, even when he's half asleep.

Leash manners are great. He walks well, he just wants you to stop every once in a while to let him sniff around. He does great in his crate and prefers to nap there. He also naps in the car, and even after you give him a tiny treat he'll go right back to his crate to take a quick nap.

He was a hit at the pet store. Great with kids and loved all the attention.

Ollie is a very low maintenance dog and we wish him the best!"
