Ollie's Story

Ollie is a sweet, gentle dog who came to us from Ozarks Pet Rescue, and he's now looking for a patient, loving home to call his own.

This handsome boy is a little shy when first meeting new people and stepping into new situations. He tends to take his time to feel comfortable, preferring to quietly observe before joining in. Once he starts to trust you, Ollie begins to show his softer side-calm, affectionate, and eager for gentle reassurance.

Ollie would do best in a calm, understanding home that can give him the space he needs to adjust at his own pace. A patient adopter who lets him come forward when he's ready will help him build confidence and feel secure. He may thrive in a quieter household where routines are steady and predictable.

With kindness, patience, and time, Ollie has all the potential to blossom into a loyal and devoted companion. He's the kind of dog who forms deep bonds once he knows he's safe, and he's just waiting for the right person to help him shine.

If you're looking for a gentle soul who will reward your patience with trust and love, Ollie may be your perfect match.

All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-dogs
