Meet Ollie

Ollie – UPDATED 9/27/19

Earnest shy-guy looking for love

By the looks of Ollie, you’d think he has everything going for him. Exotic good looks, a playful personality and that mystique that turns heads whenever he bounds into the room. How is a catch like this still on the market? The truth is, our dashing Ollie is that shy guy. Yep, he’s the guy who can’t close the deal. He just doesn’t know what to say around strangers and ends of missing his opportunity. That can pose a real problem for a guy like Ollie seriously looking to settle down in a forever home.

We tossed around a few ideas with Ollie (along with the squeaky toys he requested) and decided he doesn’t have to jump right into a relationship. Why not go on a few dates first? He pounced on that idea and is looking to meet up over the kibble bowl for a few one-on-one dates with his new family first. What better way to get to know someone than over a good meal and earnest conversation? Next thing you know, you’ll be inviting him out for a ride in the car to smell all the sweet road smells and see where things go!

Ollie appears to be a Basenji/Shiba Inu/cattle dog mix. He’s quite the handsome guy, sporting a soft golden coat with white markings, and those big beautiful hooded ears with pale pink accents.

Ollie is truly a joyful little soul just waiting for the right someone to come along. He is worth taking the time to get to know; he just needs to take things slow. Once you become his person, he will shower you with attention, and delight in sharing all his squeaky toys and affection with you. With proper introductions, he would do well in a home with another active canine companion to pal around with.

Ollie is 3 years old. Housebroken, neutered, crate-trained, leash-trained and up-to-date on all his vaccinations.
