Olivia (Olli) Deaf (SPONSORED FEE)'s Story
Valhalla Rescue is starting out the New Year with some new plans to have some of our best friends find their forever homes.

Here's NEW YEAR, NEW HOME, plan #1.
🎊🎊We are waiving our Deaf girl, OLIVIA'S, adoption fee 🎉🎉🎉.
PLUS! We will establish a fund to continue to cover any future medical expenses while in her new forever home. ❤️🐶❤️ She doesn't have any ongoing medical issues right now, but we don't want any concerns about future medical expenses to interfere with her ability to find a loving forever home. We will work together with her forever home to make the best medical decisions to give her the longest and happiest life.

Our goal is just that, to give Olli a FOREVER home for how ever long she has, definitely months or possibly even a couple more years. Who knows? she's spunkier than you would think. At approximately 15 years old, even though she likes to sleep, she loves to go for car rides and leisurely walks around the yard or neighborhood.

She does get confused in her old age and will need a while to settle into her new living environment. Patience is a virtue with this sweet older girl. While she adjusts, she will probably have accidents and pace around looking for things that are familiar for her. She's not a fan of crating and does have an opinion on what she wants and where she prefers to be comfortable, even at her age. The hardest thing to do is to sometimes not let her get away with what she wants to do and make her do what's best for her. You know us old ladies we are very opinionated. 🤣😂🤣😂

Are you or someone you know a person that loves slower quiet dogs? Can you provide a home that loves the older ones and willing to help her through this final home transition.

Please, if you live in Washington or Oregon and want to help this beautiful girl. Let's make her New Year's a happy New Year!!!!

Olivia is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is WAIVED TO HELP ensure she finds her final retirement home

If you're interested in learning more about Olivia please feel free to text us at 253-363-7908 or you could submit an online application for her through our website www.valhallarescue.org/adopt
