What is Rescue Pets Serving Vets’s adoption process?

Our adoption process begins with submitting an adoption application. Once submitted we will contact you to discuss the pet you are interested in and arrange a meet and greet. If you are still interested in adoption after meeting the pet, a home site visit can be arranged. All pets will be current on vaccines and if age appropriate will be neutered or spayed prior to adoption. If the pet is too young to be neutered or adopted an individual can foster to adopt and the adoption process can be complete following the surgical sterilization.

Is Monica good with kids?

Monica is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Monica good with other animals?

Monica is good with other dogs. Monica is not good with cats.

When can I meet Monica?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Monica?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
