Oliver

This handsome little man is Oliver. Poor Oliver was found by some firemen at Christmas time frozen to the ground. They had to chip him out of the ice. Oliver had a severely broken back and there were concerns that his spinal cord would be severed if he didn't receive immediate corrective surgery. EDCR rushed to the rescue and got Oliver the surgery he needed. Oliver healed nicely but unfortunately hasn't regained use of his back legs. It doesn't bother Oliver much though, he just rolls around in his cool wheel chair! Oliver is an A+ snuggler and loves to get human affection. Yes, Oliver is special needs, the key word there being SPECIAL!
