Olive is 4 years old and a German Shepherd mix. She is well-behaved, potty- & crate-trained (but does piddle at times when excited or meeting new people). Oops!! Pee Happens, Olive!! <br/><br/>About 70 pounds of furry love!! She currently lives with a cat and another dog and does well, but she can take a little bit to warm up. She doesn't do well with other dominant animals. She has been good with chickens , too! Good with people and kids. Olive is eager to please and LOVES to play, especially in the snow. KPAL Rescue dogs are vetted (spayed/neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo, Rabies if old enough, microchipped, etc.). There will be an adoption fee of $350 + tax so that we can continue to help other animals in need. KPAL Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue based in Kenai/Soldotna, AK. Adopters should be willing to travel here to adopt as we do not allow for third party transportation. As a foster-based organization, we do not have a kennel facility you can visit. WE CAN DO FOSTER-TO-ADOPT FOR THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU FALL IN LOVE! Commitment times vary. While in foster, we provide supplies (kennel, leash, collar, etc.), food, and vet care. We can't bring in dogs without a foster home, so this dog won't be listed on our “available pets” to foster.
