Odin

Meet Odin! The Sweetheart Who Loves Everyone!

Some dogs steal your heart, and then there’s Odin, who apparently decided hearts are meant to be collected by the dozen!

Odin is an amazing boy who loves people, kids, toys, and splashing around in the dog pool. Basically, if you have love to give, a toy to throw, or a pool to jump into, Odin thinks you’re pretty wonderful!

Now, we do need to confess something. Odin is also a BIG fan of food. Unfortunately, when we noticed he was gaining weight, we took him to the vet and discovered he has a thyroid problem. He now takes medication to manage it, and thankfully, his pills are not expensive.

Odin needs a family who will make sure he gets his daily medication, regular walks, and a little help getting his weight under control. He doesn’t need a personal trainer or a fancy gym membership. Just someone who can make walks part of their daily routine and help him stay healthy. Our rescue partner has her hands full, and she simply doesn’t have the time to give Odin the regular walks he needs.

I absolutely LOVE this dog, and he loves just about everyone he meets. He has such a wonderful personality, and I would love nothing more than to see him in a home where he gets all the attention, activity, and affection he deserves.

Odin isn’t looking for a perfect family. He’s looking for his people, the ones who will love him, take care of his medical needs, enjoy pool days with him, and remind him that walks are part of the deal, even when the snack cabinet is calling his name!

Can you be Odin’s forever family?

Please open your heart to this wonderful boy. He has so much love to give, and I truly want to see him get the happy ending he deserves!
