**While we are accepting applications on Nyla, she can't go to her new home until after she is fully vaccinated & spayed. Adopters are welcome to come visit with her while they wait to take her home.**<br/><br/>Meet Nyla!<br/><br/>Nyla came to us from Jefferson County Animal Control. When they got her, she was underweight & covered in urine. She is shorter, stocky girl however she only weighed about 45 pounds when they got her. We knew that we had to pull her into rescue and get her back on track. She has gained about 13 pounds in about a month. <br/>Nyla deserves a happy, loving home!<br/><br/>She is currently about 9 months old (DOB: 9/28/2025), weighs about 50-55 pounds & is a German Shepherd. <br/><br/>Nyla seems to get along well with other dogs. It is unknown how she is with cats or kids.<br/><br/>Nyla is an affectionate girl who loves to be around her people. She can be vocal when she wants attention.<br/><br/>She will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption
