Nugget's Story

I am a FANTASTIC dog! I love to play and romp around with children of all ages, and I have endless patience with them. I am gentle and loving and silly! I do well with dogs, cats, and people, and am a joy to have around. Why am I in rescue then!??!? Well... I have epilepsy. I know that sounds scary, but I am on daily medication to help with seizures, and even when I do have a seizure, I just need to you to pet me softly and talk sweetly to me until it's over. Then I'm back up and being my normal self. I am a special boy, but I am SO WORTH it!!!Nationwide transport available, thanks to our Flight Transport partners with SWATT Transport and that flies in cabin with Southwest Airlines<br/><br/>Dog adoptions are $250, and if you need nationwide transport, it's an extra $250 for the flight and all materials needed.
