Nugget's Story
Meet Nugget.
Nugget is a little over a year and is an absolute cuddle bug. He was found in a drain culvert at about 7 weeks extremely emaciated. The finder’s living situation did not allow for another full time dog so he lived at a boarding facility and had a lot of kennel time while they tried to work through some severe separation anxiety issues. It was pretty bad. Now that he is in a home environment he is thriving! This sweet boy needs someone to give him a chance. He craves connection and wants to be your best friend. He is a fantastic adventure partner!

He is great around kids but due to their unpredictability and risk of spooking him awake we would advise only older kids

Nugget would benefit from a foster to adopt situation to make sure he is a good fit. He will have training support available to help ensure a successful placement
