Nova is a female, mid-size, mixed breed with lovely coloring and a sweet face. She is listed as 2-years-old but could be less as she has beautiful white teeth.She knows the commands for sit, paw, and shake. She walks very nicely on a leash and has excellent recall. She checks in regularly with the handler. Very friendly and social. She will make an excellent family pet.She is food-motivated but does not pester for treats, taking them very gently and politely.She was soft and friendly with a tester dog, greeting her nicely. One volunteer noted:`Miss Nova girl is so sweet and cute, i don't know why she hasn't been adopted yet! She's so good on a leash, and isn't reactive to anything outside. I sat down and she immediately plopped on my lap.
