She is a shy girl who will take lots of patience and understanding to help her come out of her shell.<br/><br/>Nova is still quite skittish and learning to adjust to the everyday noises and activity of life outside the puppy mill, but each day she grows a little braver. She's just beginning to discover the comfort of human affection and truly shines with structure, consistency, and kind guidance. Nova will need a patient, loving home that's ready to celebrate her small victories and help her continue building confidence.<br/><br/>Because she gains reassurance from other dogs, Nova will need a confident, well-adjusted canine companion in her forever home to help show her the ropes. She will also require a physically fenced yard to provide a safe, secure space where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace.<br/><br/>Nova is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area.
