Meet Nova 💗<br/><br/>Nova is one of those dogs who makes you wonder just how much she understands. Born in April 2024, she is exceptionally intelligent, observant, playful and wonderfully engaging.<br/><br/>What Nova really loves is being part of her person's life. She doesn't need someone who runs five miles a day or hikes every weekend. Take her for walks, play with her, give her something interesting to figure out, talk to her while you're doing things around the house--and she's perfectly happy settling nearby while you work or relax.<br/><br/>She isn't an overly needy dog. Nova likes to connect. She'll come right up close to your face and look at you as though she's having a conversation with you--without covering you in kisses. 😂<br/><br/>She also has a wonderfully silly side. With dogs she clicks with, Nova loves to romp and play. She's housebroken, kennel trained and loves puzzles, enrichment and learning new things.<br/><br/>Nova has shown resource guarding around high-value food, toys and her kennel, so she is given space with special treats. She is fearful of cats, and a home without very young children would be best. With other dogs, a proper introduction is important.<br/><br/>Nova doesn't need an extraordinary life.
