Nova's Story

Meet Nova!

Nova means “a star showing a sudden burst of brightness,” and honestly… that fits her perfectly. At just 8 months old, Nova has already been through a big life change after losing her home, but she hasn’t let that dim her spark. This beautiful young German Shepherd is full of personality, energy, and enthusiasm for life. She’s the kind of dog who walks into a room like she’s been waiting all day to meet you — and she may even tell you about it, because this girl definitely has opinions and isn’t afraid to use her voice.

Nova is a large puppy who is sweet, playful, and always ready for her next adventure. She has lived with other dogs and did well with them, and she’s also fine with older kids who can match her goofy energy and size. She already knows a few basic commands, and she’s eager to learn more! This smart girl would thrive with continued training.

Nova is still very much a puppy in a big-dog body — energetic, curious, and endlessly entertaining. She is kennel-trained and currently working hard on her house-training manners. Nova’s perfect family will be ready for walks, playtime, continued structure, but lots of love and patience top her list. In return, she’ll bring laughter, loyalty, and enough personality to light up your whole house. If you’re looking for a bright, bold, lovable best friend, Nova is ready to shine.
