Hey there, I’m Norman! I’m a big ol’ hunk of love. Sweet, snuggly, and proudly living that couch potato lifestyle. I adore everyone I meet, and I’ve had some doggy pals too. Most of the time I’m chill and easygoing, but every now and then, I like to break out a spontaneous zoomie just to keep things interesting! Toys? I love them. Squeaky ones, tennis balls, fetch-worthy favorites, you name it. If I had my way, I’d have a whole room filled with toys (a dog can dream, right?). I know how to "sit," and I’m a well-behaved boy who just wants to hang with my person. Honestly, my dream day involves a comfy couch, a cozy cuddle session, and maybe a little playtime in between. We are open for adoptions, no appointment necessary, Wednesdays through Sundays from 11am-7pm. On Monday and Tuesday, we are available for adoptions by appointment only. -We recommend (and in some cases require) that all members of the household meet the pet prior to adoption. -Great Plains SPCA runs background checks on adopters and adults in the home over 18. -Great Plains SPCA requires all visitors to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth at all times while inside our buildings. Our expert matchmakers look forward to finding you the perfect furry family member! Adoption Requirements: - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older. - For the safety and health of our animals, we do not ship pets. - Pet adoption fees range from $60 to $450. Our adoption fees help to offset the cost of evaluation, housing, feeding and medical care for the thousands of animals needing our help. We do our best to keep our adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. The adoption fee for each animal varies and is dependent on many factors including: age, size, behavior, medical condition, and public demand.
