Meet Norman!<br/><br/>Norman is approximately seven years old. When he came to us, he had been severely neglected. He desperately needed to be groomed and neutered, but he also needed a dental and his teeth were so badly infected that we had to have 28 of them extracted. Luckily, he got to keep all four of his canine teeth! Since being groomed, neutered, and having all those painful teeth taken out, he has blossomed into a joyful affectionate boy. He feels so much better!<br/><br/>Norman is a gentle, loving soul who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. Whether he’s curling up beside you for cuddles or following you around as your loyal little sidekick, this boy is all heart. He truly aims to please and has such a soft, endearing presence.<br/><br/>Norman gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats in his foster home. He’s naturally a bit shy, but each day he blossoms more—letting his silly, playful side shine through. Watching his confidence grow has been such a joy. <br/><br/>He’d likely be happiest in a calmer home where he can continue to feel safe and supported as he opens up. And wait until you see him on a walk—he has the cutest little poodle prance that’s sure to make you smile!
