Norma's Story

Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. Please read our eligibility requirements and apply on our website: www.ildoberescue.com/adopt. After an application is submitted, additional inquiries can email dobes@ildoberescue.com.

Meet Norma!

Norma is a 4-year-old red Doberman who came to us as a stray. Norma hasn’t been fully introduced to the resident dogs yet, but she has shown no negative reactions and would likely do fine with a laid-back companion. She could also be perfectly happy as an only dog.

Norma crates well and does best when confined if left alone, as she can get a bit anxious if on her own for long periods.
