Nori's Story

Introducing Nori,

This sweet little boy is so confused. He was said to have been spotted around the area since last summer, a local trapper finally was able to catch him.

He is timid, sweet, and gets along with other dogs, (cats unknown). He has his vaccinations & will be available for rescue, foster or adoption immediately.

A quiet & safe home would be perfect for this little boy. Blue Island Stray Dog Project's Adoption Policy
We have potential adopters fill out an application (linked on PetFinder or please email Blueislandstrays@gmail.com). Once we get a potential adopters application, we process background checks, vet checks, and reference checks. We like to speak and get to know the adopter to ensure a good fit and set up the adopter and the dog for success! Once approved for adoption, we like to conduct home visits when possible, and if a potential adopter has another dog in the house, we make it mandatory for dog meets with the other dog; sometimes, more than once.
