Nora 's Story
Meet Nora – A Gentle Giant with a Unicorn Glow

Nora is a 3-year-old female Rottweiler who found her way to us as a stray, and she’s been quietly stealing hearts ever since.

True to her breed, Nora is a strong girl, but what stands out most is how gentle and thoughtful she is with that strength. She seems to understand her size and is already responding well to guidance and gentle corrections.

At first, Nora can be a little uneasy in new situations, but it doesn’t take long for her to relax. Once she’s comfortable, she prefers to stay close, soaking up reassurance and companionship. She’s a mellow, sweet soul who enjoys a nice walk followed by quality relaxation time — after a 40-minute stroll, she’s perfectly happy to plop down and rest, especially outdoors.

One thing you’ll notice right away is Nora’s beautifully unique appearance. She has vitiligo, a rare and harmless condition (seen in about 1% of dogs) that gives her a frosted face and striking white halos around her eyes — like a superhero mask or as if she’s been dusted with sparkly sugar. Because of this rare look, dogs like Nora are sometimes lovingly called “unicorns.” It makes her appear both distinguished and whimsical, and she truly is one of a kind.

Nora will be fully vetted before adoption, including:
• Spayed
• Up to date on vaccinations
• Microchipped

If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion with a gentle heart and a magical touch of uniqueness, Nora may be the perfect addition to your family.
