Noelle is a very spunky puppy. She loves everyone and everything she meets. She is learning lots of new things while staying with her foster. Noelle is a bit of a mouthy puppy so may not be a good fit for a home with small children. However, we will review it on a case by case situation. <br/><br/>Noelle doesn't let her bilateral hip issues or her luxating patellas slow her down one bit. She flies through the air having fun and playing games. With lifelong joint supplements, weight management, and appropriate exercise, she may not need surgical intervention for either issue. Each foster dog is evaluated by an experienced, professional behaviorist. The Rescue does this in order to understand the temperament of the dog and also to be able to match the dog with the best possible family. Training Rescue Dogs does require follow-on training for the dog and the new family. Training is important to establish leadership and a bond with the dog. A trainer will be identified by the rescue based on the needs of the individual dog. The adoption fee for Training Rescue Dogs, Inc is $450.
