This sweet French bulldog came to us struggling with mange and untreated skin infections. Her body has been uncomfortable for far too long, but her spirit is gentle, trusting, and full of hope. We want to be very clear: Noelle’s situation is not about blame. Sometimes medical needs aren’t recognized right away, and access to care or awareness can be limited. What matters most is that she’s safe now and finally getting the treatment she deserves. As a small rescue, we’re incredibly grateful to be able to step in for dogs like Noelle—providing medical care, patience, and lots of love while they heal. Cases like hers remind us why rescue work matters and how powerful compassion can be. Out of the Woods Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All interested adopters must fill out an adoption application which includes two personal references as well as a veterinary reference (okay if there is no current veterinarian). All applications are reviewed as they are received. Once approved, a meet and greet will be set up with the opportunity to adopt the same day. A contract is signed by the adopter as well as a member of the Rescue.
