She loves everyone she meets - Noel is a turn-key dog! Noel is out of time. Euthanasia would be an awful end to this girl's life. Noel was a beloved family pet for 7 years. The owner is in the military and was stationed overseas in a country who has breed restrictions. Noel's sister was able to be re-homed, however, Noel was not so lucky. She was<br/>surrendered to the shelter the day after Christmas. She spent her first New Years alone in a cold and loud shelter instead of in a warm home surrounded by her family.<br/><br/>Please contact Del Rio Animal Control Shelter and arrange a meet n' greet with Noel. If you have another dog, please bring them with you for a proper introduction. Please hurry! She only has a few days left...The Del Rio Shelter is a small, under-resourced shelter. They only have room for so many dogs and they are over-crowded.
