Despite his size, he is the true definition of a lap dog. If you sit down, he will find a way to be close, leaning in for affection and soaking up every bit of love you are willing to give.<br/><br/>Noel has a sweet, affectionate personality and thrives on human connection. He is happiest when someone is sitting with him, giving him attention, and letting him be part of their space. His ears perk up instantly at the sound or sight of any squeaky soft toy, especially if you happen to have one tucked away in your pocket.<br/><br/>His energy comes in waves. Sometimes he is running around full speed, especially when he has a dog friend to play with, and other times he is calmly relaxing, sitting in the sun for hours with his ears perked up, just watching the world go by. He loves other dogs and often feeds off their energy, making him especially playful in social settings.<br/><br/>Noel walks great on a leash and is very obedient, especially when it comes to sit. He can be a little wild on leash at first and may get jumpy when excited, but with correction, consistency, and time to settle in, he does very well and becomes more relaxed and focused.<br/><br/>He enjoys hard toys and independent play, though he is happiest when he also has companionship. Noel would do best in a home with a yard and a family that can give him daily walks, structure, and time to burn off his energy in a healthy way.<br/><br/>All in all, Noel is a confident, loving boy who simply wants to be close to his people. He is affectionate with every human he meets, full of personality, and has so much love to give.
