Noel's Story
Noel is a 12-year-old Lhasa Apso who is RESCUE ONLY due to her age and medical needs.<br/><br/>She was surrendered to the shelter in very poor condition. Because Noel was already blind and had severe discharge and infection in both eyes, the shelter made the medical decision to enucleate both eyes to relieve her pain and improve her comfort.
