Noel's Story

Noel is a very special girl. Our team at FOCCAS rescued her and her puppies back in June from a living situation that was less than ideal. Upon arrival, Noel was not in great health and was 20 pounds underweight. It has taken us a few months to get her healthy enough to be spayed, but the day has finally come! Noel is officially ready to find her perfect forever home where she will be spoiled the way she deserves. As a result of her previous life, Noel is insecure around new people and slow to warm up to strangers. She has a strong preference to females and appears to have some trauma surrounding male humans. Once you've won over Noel's heart, you will have her undying loyalty and affection. When comfortable, Noel is extremely loving and cuddly, and loves a good snuggle session with her people. She also enjoys a good walk and playing with her toys; she truly has a great balance of energy and calmness. Noel gets along well with calm, respectful dogs but does have a tendency to feel defensive towards other dogs over objects she views as hers (food, toys, and beds) that require some management and training. Noel has had a rough life, and she is so deserving of a soft-landing to live out the second half of her life in luxury.
