Noah came to us a few weeks ago from our local shelter, Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center.<br/><br/>He spent about 4 months there hiding under his dog bed! <br/>Now, he's thriving in a life-saving, foster home! <br/><br/>Noah is a petite, plott hound mix who weighs about 35-40 pounds and is about 1.5 years old. He's still scared of loud noises and needs a securely fenced yard and a least one other playful dog for him to be comforted by. Noah loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home. He is crate and house trained and is building confidence every day! Noah is a special guy who deserves the best of furEVER homes! And we are ready to help him find it! A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
