Meet Njord (pronounced "Nyord"), named after the Norse god of the sea, wind, and adventure fitting for a pup ready to take on the world!<br/><br/>Njord is a 7-8 month old pug/chi mix who was found wandering a neighborhood in the North Houston area, and now he's ready to trade street life for a forever home.<br/><br/>This boy is ALL puppy, full of energy, curiosity, and excitement to learn. He's smart and eager, but he's also... well..... Njord has a mischievous streak and will absolutely keep you on your toes, so he's looking for a home that's ready to guide him with patience, consistency, and a sense of humor.<br/><br/>He does great with other dogs and loves to play, making him a fun addition to a home with a canine companion. As for cats, he has barked at the ones in his foster home but quickly learned they're in charge-he hasn't shown continued interest after being corrected (by the cats themselves!).<br/><br/>Njord is neutered, fully vaccinated, and more than ready to start his next adventure.
