Nixie's Story

Nixie is a 7 month old spayed female lab mix who weighs 36 pounds. She was rescued as part of a humane case, where she was living in filth and was left uncared for. Nixie seems to be very afraid of men and will need a patient home to gain her trust and show her that not all humans are bad. Once she loves you, she really loves you, will walk on the leash and take treats nicely. She did well in the tub for a bath and quickly learned that we just want to help her.
