BIG DOGS NEED HOMES 2 !!!
This handsome tripod ninja may only have three legs, but it certainly doesn’t slow him down! He is ready for any adventure.
Ninja was a stray in California who was unfortunately hit by a car, but a good Samaritan came to his rescue and got him to the right place and while they weren’t able to save his leg, they did save his life, and he’s been given a second chance to live his best life. He is around 2 years old and weighs 60 pounds.
Ninja is housetrained, crate trained and rides well in a car and walks fairly well on a leash, but he could use some more leash work. He loves going for walks and is always raring to go. He would make a great hiking or running partner for someone as well. Ninja gets along well with other dogs, but he tends to want to be the top dog so more submissive or female dogs are better playmates for him. He would also be happy being an only dog.
Ninja is friendly with everyone he meets…he will greet them with a tail wag and a kiss. Ninja is smart and eager to please and would benefit from taking positive reinforcement obedience classes to make him the best version of himself.
He would do fine in a home with older kids. No little ones because this boy is very bouncy.
No apartments, town homes or condos! Ninja LOVES people. He’s a very loyal guy and wants most of all to be with his people.
Ninja is in foster care in the Portland area. His adoption fee is $200.
