Nikko

Nikko is a handsome 5-year-old Australian Shepherd who is looking for a home with more space and an active family who can give him the exercise and attention he deserves. He is a **high-energy, happy boy** who loves being with his people and has been wonderful with men, women, and children—including his previous home with three young children. He is affectionate, well-mannered in the home, house-trained, and has never shown aggression toward people.

Nikko enjoys walks, running and playing in the yard, and simply being part of the family. He knows “sit” and has a fun personality—apparently, he even **loves getting dried with the blow dryer after a bath!** He gets excited when he sees other animals on walks, so his compatibility with dogs, cats, and small animals is unknown and should be carefully evaluated.

Nikko would thrive with someone who has room for him to run and enjoys an active lifestyle. He has so much love and energy to give and is ready for a family who can give him the space and adventures he deserves.

If you’re interested, go to **diggs4dogs.com** and fill out an application.
