WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, NICOLE!<br/><br/>*Nicole will be fostered in Los Angeles County<br/><br/>Nicole, originally from Mongolia, joined Cocker Friends Korea in March 2026 to facilitate her anticpated arrival in America in September 2026.<br/><br/>Nicoles Personality & Daily Life<br/><br/>Nicole absolutely loves people. She especially enjoys gentle head scratches and neck rubs.<br/><br/>She does need a little time to build trust before shes comfortable with someone touching sensitive areas like her paws or belly. If a stranger reaches for those areas too quickly, she may growl to communicate that shes uncomfortable. Once she trusts you, shell happily roll over for belly rubs.<br/><br/>Nicole can be uncomfortable when unfamiliar dogs approach her closely, especially on walks. She may growl if she notices another dog, even from a distance.<br/><br/>Interestingly, in off-leash environments with several dogs, she tends to ignore them rather than interact.<br/><br/>She also has a strong prey drive toward cats, so we do not recommend a home with cats.<br/><br/>1What makes Nicole special?<br/><br/>Nicole loves making eye contact and connecting with her people. Once she trusts someone, she forms a deep, loyal bond.<br/><br/>She has wonderful house manners—she doesnt destroy things, raid the trash, or create trouble around the house. She eats well, sleeps well, enjoys her walks and playtime, and has reliable potty habits.<br/><br/>Nicole simply needs someone who will respect her boundaries, listen to her communication, and let trust grow at her own pace. In return, shell become an incredibly loving and devoted companion. <br/><br/>Camp Cocker Rescue is currently accepting applications for pre-screening.<br/><br/>*Please note that any age provided is only an estimate, based on veterinary examination.<br/><br/>Nicole has some right kidney atrophy, but bloodwork remains within normal range.
