I love going on long walks and exploring all the new smells around me, but once we get home, I'm just as happy to curl up and nap right beside you. Being close to my people makes me feel safe and happy, so I'll follow you from room to room and settle in next to you whenever you sit down.<br/><br/>I'm potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and I know a few commands like sit, down, and stay. I try my best to be a good girl. I grew up with other dogs and could adjust to living with another one, even though I can be a little selective when meeting dogs while I'm on leash. I'm also a bit wary of men at first, but once I get some gentle attention, I warm up quickly. I ride great in the car and might ask to sit on your lap for the trip. I enjoy toys and a few rounds of fetch before I'm ready to relax again.<br/><br/>I would be happiest with an active family, and I can fit into many home types, whether it's an apartment with access to outdoor spaces or a home with a fenced yard. I could use a little more practice on my leash since I sometimes pull or bark at passing dogs, mostly because I'm excited and protective of my people. With patience and consistency, I'll keep getting better.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a loyal shadow, an adventure buddy, and a loving companion, I'm ready when you are.<br/><br/>Adoption FEE: $600 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.<br/><br/>A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption.
