Nicholas's Story

Meet Nicholas—a sweet, athletic, goofy 2-year-old pup who was rescued just in time before Christmas. Likely a Rhodesian/Redbone Coonhound mix, he’s full of energy and would thrive with an active family who can give him plenty of exercise, enrichment, and structure. He’s fully potty trained, knows his basic commands, and loves to play. Nicholas has been in board-and-train for a while now and is doing wonderfully; his adopters should be willing to stay in close communication with his trainer to keep him on the path to success. He should go to a home without young children, simply because we don’t yet know how he does with them, and ideally without dominant dogs. His trainer describes him as super sweet, affectionate, and a total wiggle worm. He’s been waiting an entire year for a family of his own—his Christmas miracle last year was being rescued, and this year he’s hoping his gift will be finally finding his forever home. Could your home be the one he’s been waiting for?

For more information or to apply: tatteredpaws.com
