Welcome back Jax (Newton) ?? <br/><br/>Born 5/19/23, approximately 20lbs, neutered male<br/><br/>Introducing Jax!<br/> <br/>Jax is looking for a new family, he was adopted as a puppy but was returned to rescue. Jax is a Mountain Cur/ Australian Cattle Dog and Rat Terrier mix, which means he is driven and craves attention. He has an eagerness to please that we don’t see in many dogs, making him a fantastic dog for someone who enjoys the outdoors, such as hiking, walking, camping or just a leisure walk around the neighborhood. Jax would also excel at agility or a similar activity, he is a quick and agile guy.<br/>Jax can be a bit possessive of his person and his toys so he needs a person who while give him clear direction and corrections. He responds very well to verbal commands, he knows what is expected, but he likes to push those boundaries sometimes, he is still young after all.<br/>Jax is totally house and crate trained.
