Unfortunately, after a couple of unsuccessful adoption attempts, Banks is making his way back to Denkai and is once again looking for the right place to call home.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Now around 2 years old and weighing in at 80 pounds, Banks is a lovable gentle giant with a heart every bit as big as he is. He adores other dogs, is curious but respectful around cats, and forms strong bonds with his people. He walks nicely on leash, is house-trained, and takes treats with the softest mouth.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Banks is food motivated and eager to please, making him a great candidate for continued training. Like many young dogs, he can occasionally be tempted by unattended snacks on the counter or interesting treasures in the trash. He may also chew on non-toy items if he's bored or not getting enough mental and physical enrichment, so he'll do best with a family committed to keeping his mind engaged and providing appropriate outlets for his energy.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Based on what we've learned about Banks, he would do best in an adult-only home or one with children 12 years and older. He isn't looking for a perfect family—just one that understands him, appreciates his gentle spirit, and is committed to giving him the stability he deserves.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>After all the changes he's experienced, Banks is ready for a fresh start and a family that will be his forever.
