Newman's Story

(The fine print): If after reading Newman's adoption listing in full, you’d like to make this wonderful pup a part of your family, please visit www.sanctuaryrescue.com and fill out an adoption questionnaire under the “forms” tab. Unfortunately, we don't receive any inquiries sent through the Petfinder system, so the only way to be considered for adoption is to fill out the adoption questionnaire on our website. If a dog’s listing is still up on Petfinder, then we’re still accepting adoption questionnaires/applications for them. Once a dog has been adopted, we will immediately remove their adoption listing. He is crate trained, potty trained and walks well on a leash. (approx. 1 year old)

Foster mom says, "Newman is an inquisitive, curious boy. He loves going for walks, even in the cold weather—and he doesn’t mind the rain one bit! He actually enjoys getting dried off when we come back inside. He’s such a lovely dog: funny, energetic, and always up for an adventure. He loves long walks but also enjoys playing indoors. One of his favorite games is playing fetch with himself—tossing a ball off the couch and then racing to retrieve it. And in the evenings, he’s a total snuggler, happiest curled up on the couch watching TV. He’s pretty much perfect."

Newman's adoption fee is $350, which includes up to date vaccinations, neuter, and microchip.
