Nesta's Story

How this pet arrived: Nesta was brought in by a community member on April 21, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Nesta, a soft-hearted gal searching for a calm, cozy kingdom to call her own. Because Nesta came to us as a stray, we don't know much about her previous home life. What we do know is that this sensitive girl prefers a steady routine, a smaller world, and plenty of time to settle in at her own pace. Big changes can feel like a little too much for her, but with patience, love, and gentle guidance, Nesta is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion! Once she warms up, she's an affectionate pup who will happily solicit attention and lay her head in your lap for petting. She loves going on walks and taking in the sights and smells around her. Because she's a bit nervous, she would do best in a home with children ages 6 and up, with parents ready to supervise and help everyone adjust successfully! Does Nesta sound like the one for you? Ask about adopting her today! At SDHS:Nesta has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home! Shy/Fearful Dog: Nesta requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about her . Primary Color: Brindle Secondary Color: Black Weight: 62.8lbs Age: 4yrs 1mths 4wks Animal has been Spayed
