This handsome boy is a gentle soul with the biggest heart (and the cutest lopsided ears!). He walks beautifully on leash, never pulls, and is a wonderful walking companion. When he meets new dogs, Neptune shows excellent manners, politely sniffing and standing still while saying hello. He's curious about new friends and would likely enjoy a calm dog companion who respects his quiet moments.<br/><br/>Neptune is a mellow-to-moderate energy pup who enjoys leisurely walks, cozy naps, massages, and being loved on. He may not have discovered his favorite toys yet, but he has discovered the joy of a peanut butter lick mat and soaking up attention from his people.<br/><br/>This little gentleman loves being part of the family. He follows his humans from room to room, enjoys car rides, gives the sweetest kisses, and will happily settle in for couch time. He's a polite pup who waits for an invitation through doorways and checks in with his people to make sure he's doing everything right.<br/><br/>Neptune is also a brave little explorer. He approaches new people slowly and kindly, accepts treats, and is becoming more confident every day. He's been learning to live with cats and is showing patience and curiosity as he adjusts to his feline housemates. His ideal home would be one filled with love, patience, and plenty of affection. A calm environment where he can continue building confidence would be perfect. Neptune would love a family who will keep showing him the joys of play, adventures, and being someone's cherished companion.<br/><br/>Neptune joined POMDR from the Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire in Southern California.
