Nemo is 8 lbs and 5 years old. He came to us from another Rescue who took him in from a breeder. Like most breeder surrenders he is shy and not used to being handled much. He is however very sweet and really does love people and attention, just doesn't know how to ask for it. He is learning quickly about being a real dog and with some time and patience from a kind and gentle person he will get there! He is most happy when he is with his dog friends and would make a great companion for another lonely dog. He likes people but is afraid of being chased or grabbed at. Lots of lap time and people time will help. He would do great with another friendly dog in the home to show him the ropes. He has not been tested with small children but he is afraid of being chased by people and probably would not do well if they chased him. Nemo really wants to be your BFF but just needs some direction from you.
