Nemo's Story
Meet Nemo
Tripod? Yes. Powerhouse? Absolutely. Nemo is a fun-sized red-nose pittie girl packed with spirit, sass, and sweetness. Don't let the three legs fool you-this girl is an athlete through and through. She lives for fetch, tug, flirt pole, spring pole-you name it. If it involves play, movement, or showing off her skills, she's in.

Nemo thrives in a home where leadership, boundaries, and clear structure are the norm. She's incredibly crate-savvy, has great indoor manners, and loves having a predictable routine. While she has experience being around other dogs and is muzzle conditioned for success, Nemo is most at ease as the one-and-only queen of the castle. She prefers to keep her space (and her toys!) to herself, and that's okay-she's got enough love and personality to go around.

She is considered low energy overall, but when it's time to play, she brings the fire. Walks are short and sweet due to her being a tripod, so she benefits most from interactive games and training-based enrichment that engage her mind and body.

Nemo is looking for a home that celebrates her strength, honors her needs, and is ready to enjoy the beautiful partnership that comes from leading with calm confidence. In return, she'll be your hilarious, cuddly, ride-or-die companion for life.

Important Home Preferences:
Nemo will thrive best in an adult-only home where her environment stays calm and predictable. She is not a good fit for homes with cats, and apartment or high-traffic living would likely be too stimulating for her. A quieter, more stable home setting will allow Nemo to fully relax, regulate, and shine as the confident, affectionate companion she is.

Fair warning: Nemo is dangerously easy to fall in love with. She's pocket-size, full of joy, endlessly entertaining, and overflowing with love. One look at her happy wiggle, one round of play, or one cuddle session and you're done. She's the kind of dog who makes herself right at home in your heart.

Nemo is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
