Nemo's Story

If youre looking for the BEST cuddler around, look no further, Nemo has that title locked down. Estimated to be about 34 years old, Nemo is an absolute love who has done AMAZING in foster care and is more than ready to find a family of his own.

His beginning was heartbreaking. Nemo was thrown from a moving car, and when he chased after them, the people came back, tied him up, and left him behind. Thankfully, a good Samaritan stepped in and called for help, and were so glad they did.

Nemo does have a slight neurological deficit that makes him a bit clumsy at times, but thats truly all it is. It doesnt slow him down or stop him from living a happy, love-filled life, it just adds a little extra charm to an already perfect boy.

Nemo is dog friendly with proper introductions and enjoys canine companionship. Cats and small animals, however, are a little too interesting for him, so a home without them would be best. He is kid friendly as well, though Nemo doesnt always realize just how big he is, slow, thoughtful introductions with kids are recommended to set everyone up for success.

Nemo is gentle, affectionate, and endlessly sweet. He loves being close to his people, soaking up attention, and reminding you how special rescue dogs truly are. Hes overcome so much and is patiently waiting for a family who will choose him and never let him go.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE RESCUE THROUGH PETFINDER, VISIT PITCREW.ORG AND COMPLETE ADOPTION APPLICATION. *All of our rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped*
