NELLIE was brought to the shelter as a stray, so nothing is known about her background. NELLIE is about 2 - 3 years old, she weighs 58 lbs, she is spayed, fully vaccinated and heart worm negative! NELLIE is a very sweet girl, very friendly, easy-going and just an all-around sweetheart! It is difficult to tell in the shelter setting whether or not a dog is housebroken, so it is best to assume they are not and be pleasantly surprised if they are! NELLIE has been fine around the other dogs, but nothing is known about how she is with kids or cats since there are neither at the shelter. Please bring your kids, dog(s), and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking NELLIE home!
