This sweet 3 year old boy was found in the local hospital parking lot. Sadly, probably left there to fend for himself. Neil is a fabulous boy who is so gentle and gets along with everyone. So sad someone would just dump him like that. <br/>He is keeping his kennel clean, walks great on a leash, pays attention, is so friendly and more. <br/>Come meet Neil!
