He has never shown aggression or reactivity — he simply needs time, patience, and someone willing to help him build his confidence and understand that he is finally safe.<br/><br/>He is doing well with the dogs and older children in his foster home and has a low-to-medium energy level. Neal is the kind of dog who may take a little time to truly come out of his shell, but he is already showing his foster family what a wonderful boy he is.<br/><br/>Neal will need adopters who understand that trust takes time and who are willing to let him settle in at his own pace.
