Nate's Story

Hi everyone! My name is Nate, and I'm what my humans call a "showstopper." I guess that means I'm pretty good-looking! I'm a silver lab puppy, only nine weeks old, and I already weigh a whopping fifteen pounds. You know what’s really special about me? My eyes! They’re this amazing, bright blue that everyone seems to notice.

I love attention, I really do. I’m a cuddler, a real snuggler. Getting held is like the best thing ever. I also love to talk. Woof, woof, grrr, yip! I have so much to say! My humans say we’re “working on” the talking part, but I just get so excited about everything! Squirrels! Toys! My own tail!

Being a puppy is hard work, you know? I spend my days playing, sleeping, napping, and mostly just “puppy-ing." It involves chewing on things, chasing dust bunnies, and occasionally having little accidents. My humans seem to understand though. They clean it up, give me a pat on the head, and tell me I’m a good boy.

Life is pretty great. I have a comfy bed, plenty of toys, and humans who love me. Sure, sometimes I get scolded for barking too much or for trying to eat the furniture legs, but I always get forgiven. They know I’m still learning.

Being a silver lab puppy with bright blue eyes is a tough job, but someone has to do it. And honestly, I wouldn't trade it for the world. Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I hear a squirrel outside… Woof!

My foster says I need to tell you that I'm a foster to adopt puppy because I'm not neutered yet. Once I get neutered, I'm all yours to keep forever!

If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website at www.lolin.org and click on Adopt, Apply for a Dog. From there, you can submit an Adoption Application to be considered for this dog. You MUST be an approved applicant to meet LOLIN dogs. There is no central location or hours to meet dogs.
